Prior to joining BlueCrest Capital Finance, Mr. Hassan was Managing Director of Originations at Ritchie Technology & Life Science Finance from July 2005
and previously was an Investment Officer at GE Capital Technology Lending where he focused on
establishing and maintaining relationships with technology and life science firms across North America and Europe. Prior to GE
Capital, Mr. Hassan focused on risk assessment with the Heller Venture Finance Group. He holds a BA from Knox College and an
MBA from DePaul University.
