Prior to joining BlueCrest Capital Finance, Ms. Fitzpatrick was Managing Director of Originations at Ritchie Technology & Life Science Finance from July 2005
and previously a Senior Vice President for GE Technology Lending where she specialized
in originating and structuring customized debt solutions for technology companies from their initial venture round through to
and post exit. Earlier she was with Heller Venture Finance. Prior to joining Heller Financial, Ms. Fitzpatrick held management
and business development positions with Sanwa Business Credit, LINC Capital and Continental Bank's Equipment Leasing Group. Her
past portfolio originations include major search engines, RFID and supply chain providers, wireless infrastructure and service
providers, asset tracking and life sciences companies. She received her BA from Rosary College (now Dominican University).
