Bill DeMars
Senior Managing Director
Prior to joining BlueCrest Capital Finance, Mr. DeMars was Senior Managing Director of Ritchie Technology & Life Science Finance from July 2005
and previously Head of the Technology Lending businss at GE Commercial Finance for nearly five years. During the early part of
his career, Mr. DeMars spent 19 years beginning in 1973 with HSBC achieving the title of executive vice president working across
a diverse array of organizations including consumer, commercial and regional banking. From 1991 to 1997, Bill served as COO/EVP,
responsible for a privately owned manufacturing company devoted to the automotive industry. Beginning in 1998, Mr. DeMars developed
and managed the Technology Lending business at LINC Capital. This specialized business unit was eventually acquired by Heller Financial and
then later by GE Commercial Finance in 2001.
